Orders and pricing.
All prices are shown in US dollars. We aim to keep descriptions, imagery and prices accurate, but a product image may display differently depending on screen settings and slight finish variation is inherent to jewellery with a hand-finished character.
Availability
Items are offered while available. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we will contact you with the available options, which may include a refund.
Order acceptance
A confirmation of receipt does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when it is prepared for dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where information is incomplete, a pricing error is apparent, or fulfilment is not possible.
Use and care.
Jewellery should be handled and stored according to the care guidance on its product page. Keep plated metal, resin, enamel and glass pearl away from water, fragrance, lotions and harsh cleaners. Normal surface wear from use is not a manufacturing fault.

Return eligibility, timing and exclusions are described on the Delivery & Returns page. Contact us with your order reference if you need help with an existing order or believe an item has arrived faulty.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the way the store operates. The version published on this site at the time an order is submitted applies to that order unless required law provides otherwise.
