Delivery
Standard delivery — $12.50
We charge one flat $12.50 standard delivery fee per order. The exact delivery estimate appears at checkout. Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days; delivery time begins after dispatch, not at checkout.
Address details
Please check your name, street address, postal code and country before submitting an order. We use the delivery information you provide at checkout and cannot guarantee amendments once an order has moved into preparation.
Dispatch updates
When your parcel is handed to the delivery service, we send a confirmation to the email address supplied with your order. If you do not see it, check spam or promotional folders before contacting us.
Returns
14-day return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in original condition and returned with its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened, unless they arrive faulty.
How to request a return
Contact us with your order reference and the item you wish to return. We will explain the return route and confirm the return address. Return postage is your responsibility unless we have confirmed that the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
Refund timing
Once the returned item has been received and checked, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
